Angeliki Tsilimidou’s corporate law practice focuses on advising on company formation and ongoing corporate governance and assisting corporate clients in issues arising in the day to day running of their businesses, including drafting the resolutions of the competent corporate bodies. She regularly undertakes the establishment of branches and subsidiaries of foreign businesses in Greece, including the handling of ancillary matters such as the issuance of work permits.

Angeliki Tsilimidou also has substantial experience in real estate law. In this context she regularly carries out on site audits at the relevant land registries/cadastres and advises clients in the sale and purchase of private and commercial real estate property.
